Xpress-Caffé has a complete beverage dispensing program designed to meet your operational product and volume requirements.
The Xpress-Caffe' Beverage Dispensing Program Includes:
- Equipment provided as part of a three year agreement with easily attainable monthly product usage requirements
- Installation of equipment
- Preventative maintenance program
- National equipment service network
Beverage Dispensing Program - Installation
- Our ESN National Service Company will do all installations.
- Prior to installation we will have an installation survey done to ensure there is proper space for the equipment, the electrical requirements are met and a water source is available, and in some instances a drain is required.
- A job checklist will be used and reviewed by Total Advantage Beverage and ESN to ensure all equipment is available and ready for installation.
- Customer is required to have product on hand for the day of installation. Our service company will call prior to installation to confirm.
Beverage Dispensing Program - Maintenance
- Equipment preventative maintenance will be done twice per year at each location by our National Service Company 'ESN'.
- Maintenance by the customer will be reviewed at the time of installation on each piece of equipment.
- Toll-free number 1-877-588- is available 24/7. After hours, a live person is available to speak with and handle your needs.
Beverage Dispensing Program - Training
- Training will be provided to all staff at the time of installation. We recommend all staff be present at this training session.
- Training material will be provided to the customer that enables them to train new employees as needed.
- A toll-free number will be provided to answer all questions concerning any type of training.
